• Ouhud Digital GmbH, Zurich – responsible for Switzerland, website www.ouhud.ch.

What This Means Practically

For Swiss customers, Swiss law and the revised data protection law (revDSG) apply. If an offer is also directed at individuals in the EU, the GDPR is additionally relevant – both do not exclude each other.

Hosting and data storage are carried out by Infomaniak SA in Switzerland. This ensures that the data does not leave the Swiss legal framework.

Honest About the Status

Ouhud Digital GmbH is in the process of being established. The company identification number (UID), commercial register number, and the complete business address are not yet available. We do not enter provisional values for this – a false statement would be worse than a missing one.
